Patients often ask us how we can offer this when others don’t. The answer is simple: we are so confident in the quality of our work that we back it with a warranty very few dental offices offer. For five (5) years from the date of treatment, we will repair, replace, or refund restorative dental treatment, subject to the guidelines and exclusions below.
 

Failure to meet the following requirements may void the warranty.
 

Terms & Conditions of Our Dental Warranty
 

• You must remain a patient of Lake Manassas Dental Associates for the warranty to be valid.

• You must keep a reasonable schedule of regular recall appointments at Lake Manassas Dental Associates. At a minimum, this includes an oral exam every 3 to 6 months, a cleaning every 3 to 6 months, bitewing X-rays every 12 months, and comprehensive X-rays every 5 years.

• You must maintain good home care on all remaining natural teeth, with a minimum of brushing and flossing once per day. If there is a failure in fabrication and all limitations are met, we will replace the restorative work at no additional cost for materials or labor.

• The warranty is void if the restorative work fails because of abuse, negligence, or mistreatment. This includes, but is not limited to, biting metal objects, chewing ice, and making self-adjustments.

• The warranty is void if the restorative work must be removed or is damaged because of a problem with the supporting tooth or teeth, including, but not limited to, root canals and recurrent decay.

• The warranty does not cover costs for routine maintenance needed over the life of the restoration.

• If the doctor determines that a night guard, occlusal guard, or retainer is needed to protect your restorative or orthodontic work, the warranty is void if you do not have one made or do not follow the recommendations for using it.
